Staff is encouraged to consult Tammy Miller, Executive Director of ATX Kids Club for any questionable situations.
Staff shall screen campers and volunteers to make sure they have experienced no signs or symptoms of illness within the last 14 days prior to the program. Campers should also be screened to assure they have not traveled within the last 14 days or come in contact with anyone with known illness.

- Field Trip Leaders will confirm with the parent or guardian that the camper does not have fever, shortness of breath, or a cough. In the event they do, they will be sent home.
- Field Trip Leaders will be filling out the sign-in/sign-out sheet, rather than each separate parent.
- Campers are expected to bring their own hand sanitizer.
- Field Trip Leaders will have their own supply of Hand Sanitizer, Clorox Wipes, Baby Wipes, Thermometers and first aid supplies.
- Consistent use of hand sanitizer and thorough hand washing will be practiced throughout the day.
- Daily schedules will be incredibly flexible based on what is open and available during the week of camp. When necessary, camp will focus on being outdoors.
