Policies

Refunds
*Coronavirus Refund Policy:  We would request that if you are able to receive a full credit for a future adventure in 2020 or 2021, it will help us keep our doors open. These times are unprecedented and the financial impact of cancellations is affecting our organization and potentially our future. The cancellation/administrative fee is an amount that will help us be able to keep going. 

If you request to cancel, our cancellation fees will apply. 
We can offer you a full credit for a future adventure in 2020 or 2021 without charging the fee.  

Summer Camp Refunds may be issued, less a $25 administration fee per registration if you withdraw at least 30 days prior to the start of their Summer Camp week. Any withdraws less than 30 days prior to the start of their Summer Camp week are subject to a $50 administrative fee per registration. Any withdraws less than 7 days prior to the start of their Summer Camp week are subject to a $100 administrative fee per registration. Any withdraws less than 48 hours prior to the start of their Summer Camp week are subject to 50% of the registration fee per registration. Any withdraws less than 24 hours prior to their Summer Camp week will not receive a refund.

Saturday/School Holiday Refunds may be issued, less a $20 administration fee per registration, if you cancel at least 30 days prior to the Saturday/School Holiday Adventure. Any cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the Saturday/Holiday Adventure are subject to a $30 administrative fee per registration. Any withdraws less than 1 week prior to the Saturday/Holiday Adventure will not receive a refund.

All refund requests must be made in writing to programs@atxkidsclub.org.

Late Pickup Fee
Students are to be picked up by the end of each program day, unless otherwise notified. There will be a $1/minute charge for any students not picked up on time. If a student has not been picked up by 6:30, and attempts to contact parents and emergency contacts have been unsuccessful, the police or Department of Family Protective Services may be contacted. Recurrent late pick-ups may result in a suspension or termination from future camps.

Late Payment Fee
Any late payments are subject to a $15.00 late fee. If there are any balances due prior to the start of the program, your student will be dismissed from the program.

Non-sufficient Funds Fee
Payments can be made through online registration, check or money order made payable to ATX Kids Club. A $30.00 fee is charged for all non-sufficient funds/returned checks.
