Refund eligibility depends on the program and how far in advance you cancel.

SUMMER CAMP

30+ days before camp
Refund less a $50 administrative fee per registration

7-29 days before camp
50% cancellation fee per registration

Less than 7 days before camp
No refund

SCHOOL HOLIDAY ADVENTURES

30+ days before the adventure
Refund less a $50 administrative fee per registration

14-29 days before the adventure
50% cancellation fee per registration

7-13 days before the adventure
75% cancellation fee per registration

Less than 7 days before camp
No refund

ILLNESS OR INJURY

When the unexpected happens.

If your camper is unable to attend because of illness or injury,
we can provide an ActivityHero credit to use toward
​a future ATX KIDS CLUB adventure within six months.

DESTINATION CHANGES

Sometimes the adventure has to change.

We do our best to follow our published schedules, but destinations may occasionally
change due to unforeseen circumstances. If a destination changes and the
new adventure doesn’t work for your family, we can provide an ActivityHero credit.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

LATE PICKUP

Please plan for on-time pickup.

Families are responsible for picking up campers by the scheduled end of the program day.
A $1 per minute late fee will be charged for each minute after the program ends.

​If a camper has not been picked up by 6:00 PM and we are unable to reach a parent/guardian
or emergency contact, ATX KIDS CLUB may contact local law enforcement
or the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.

Repeated late pickups may result in suspension or termination from ATX KIDS CLUB programs.
